Shopping Plus Basic FAQ List

  • How to order?
    1. In our product page, click on the item(s) that you want to purchase.
    2. On the product information page an ADD TO CART and CHECKOUT button will be available.
      • Clicking ADD TO CART will open a pop-up where you can set the quantity for the items you wish to buy.
      • Clicking the CHECKOUT button will send you directly to the confirmation page where you can also set the quantity.
    3. If you want to add another item just click CONTINUE SHOPPING on the pop-up that appears when you clicked ADD TO CART and repeat steps 1-3.
    4. When you are ready to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart you may click on the CHECKOUT button.
    5. You will be redirected to the ORDER SUMMARY page to confirm the items you want to buy.
    6. If you are satisfied with the selections you have made click NEXT for the shipping and delivery details.
      • You have option to have your purchase delivered to an address you specify or to pickup your purchase from selected pick-up centers where available.
    7. After filling up the necessary shipping and delivery information, click NEXT to proceed to the Payment page. Make sure the all the information in this page is correct before making your payment to ensure a smooth transaction.
    8. Select from either eCash, Paypal, or COD (depends on availability in your area) for your payment. Once you are ready to pay click on PAY NOW or CONFIRM PURCHASE (for COD payments)
      • For Paypal payments you will be redirected to Paypal's website to complete your payment there.
    9. Once you are done with your payments, you will receive an email notification about you order details.
  • What payment methods are offered?
    • ShoppingPlus accepts eCash (the preferred payment method), major credit cards (via Paypal Secure Gateway) and Cash-On-Delivery (subject to availability in selected areas).
  • How can I Earn Points?
    • Each product you buy from ShoppingPlus has an corresponding number of Shopping Points that you will receive.
    • These Shopping Points will entitle you to earn REWARDS.
    • The more you buy, the more you Earn.
  • Is the product available?
    • ShoppingPlus products are marked "Out of Stock" when it is no longer available.
  • How to check Order Status?
    • To check your order status just Login and go to Account > Purchase History.
    • The Puchase History page will give you an overview of all purchases you have made with ShoppingPlus including its delivery status.
  • How can I return items if damaged during delivery?
    • If you received a damaged item upon delivery or arrival to your doorstep, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service and immediately report the item condition
    • Item returns will follow ShoppingPlus terms and conditions during acceptance of the damaged item.
    • Our QC personnel will check and investigate the cause of the damage.
    • If the returned item is qualified for our return policy, we will ship you your new replacement item.
  • How do I keep my ShoppingPlus account active?
    • You must maintain at least 1500 shopping points in a year to keep your account active.
  • How do you process our item before delivery?
    • Upon completing a purchase our authorized warehouse personnel will gather your ordered items.
    • Our QC personnel check and assures that all items are in good condition.
    • After product checking we will pack or box your item safely and securely to prevent any damage during shipment.
    • Then we will hand over your packed or boxed item to our courier partners for delivery.
  • How much does it cost for shipping fee? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • ShoppingPlus offers free shipping within Metro Manila for orders over P999.
    • For outside Metro Manila and orders below P1000, a shipping fee will be applied.
  • How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • During checkout process, you can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary box.
  • What is the shipping fee for? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • Your shipping fee (and also bulk fee if any) is used to pay for licensing and insurance that protect you and your goods against unscrupulous or hazardous situations.
  • Does ShoppingPlus charge additional fees for bulky items? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • Here in ShoppingPlus we not only give you the lowest prices possible, we also want our valued customers to save as much as they can, which is why we no longer charge bulk fees to heavy items, such as, home appliances.
  • When will I receive my order? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email/SMS.
    • After successful verification(Time Frame: within 24-48 hours after order date), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
      • In Non-Metro Manila Areas: 5 - 10 Business days
      • In Metro Manila Areas: 1 - 5 Business days
      • Also, you can check your order status anytime online with our Xend Order Tracking tool on lower right side of our webstore.
  • Can I schedule the delivery of my order? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.
    • Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.
  • Will ShoppingPlus call me before coming to deliver my order? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • Our delivery team or courier partner will send you an SMS before coming to deliver your order.
  • Is there any domestic area ShoppingPlus cannot deliver to? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • ShoppingPlus Philippines can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call right after you place your order.
    • We work in partnership with Xend, LBC and 2GO. For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 5 business days upon finalizing the full payment. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 5-10 business days with the exception of some remote areas.
  • Can I pick up my order at ShoppingPlus office? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • ShoppingPlus doesn't offer this option for now, however, we do have designated pick-up areas that you can choose from during purchase where you can pick-up your order.
  • Does ShoppingPlus offer international shipments? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • No, International shipment is not available at ShoppingPlus at the moment.
  • Is there somewhere I can go to view the products before purchasing? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • ShoppingPlus is an online shopping mall, we do not have any physical stores or branches. Should you have any questions regarding the products, please click My Store or check out the product page.
    • If you still cannot find the information you need, feel free to reach us at https://shoppingplus.ph/info/customerService. We will be happy to assist you.
  • Can ShoppingPlus deliver the package to my office? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • ShoppingPlus will deliver your order to the address you have provided during checkout, whether it is in your house address or office address.
    • In case you want to change your delivery address afterward, please send us your inquiry at https://shoppingplus.ph/info/customerService, we will help you to change the address and also send you a confirmation once done.
    • NOTE: Delivery addresses can only be changed if the orders haven't been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our couriers.
  • What if I am not at home when the package arrives? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.
    • You can also contact our customer service at https://shoppingplus.ph/info/customerService immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.
  • The tracking number provided to me is invalid/ not working, what should I do? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • Tracking information may not yet be available for your order; it will be available the next business day when our logistic partners have updated their records.
    • Yet you can check your order status with our Xend Order Tracking tool on lower right side of our webstore. ShoppingPlus system is updated daily to provide you with the best tracking service.
    • If after 1 business day you still have problem with your tracking number, please reach us at https://shoppingplus.ph/info/customerService. We will assist you right away.
  • Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses? (Shipping & Delivery)
    • Sorry but currently we do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order.
    • Should you want to have your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in 1 order).
    • If after 1 business day you still have problem with your tracking number, please reach us at https://shoppingplus.ph/info/customerService. We will assist you right away.

  • How do I register for a ShoppingPlus account?
    • Register for a ShoppingPlus account is fast and easy.
      • Go to www.shoppingplus.ph
      • Click Signup in the top right corner of the page
      • Fill in the details
      • Click "Sign Up" button
    • An email will be sent to you to notify your successful registration.
  • I cannot log in to my account, what should I do?
    • You can click on "Forget Password".
    • We will send a link to your email address allowing you to create your new password. Then you can log in to your account with the new password.
  • How do I change the information in my account?
    • To change the information in your ShoppingPlus account, you can log in to your account, choose Account > My Dashboard, and edit anything you want (e.g. address, phone number, email).

Joining ShoppingPlus.ph

  • How do I contact ShoppingPlus customer service?
    • Signing up is FREE and once you sign up you become a member of ShoppingPlus called ShoppingPal. As ShoppingPal you are entitled to the ShoppingPlus reward program.
  • Does subscription as ShoppingPlus expire?
    • The requirement to keep your membership active is to have at least 1500 shopping points personal Purchase in a year. Being active member means you are entitle to all rewards and benefits of a ShoppingPal.
  • Is your subscription transferable?
    • Your membership is inheritable and all benefits are also inheritable. But you can only transfer your account or membership to your beneficiaries
  • What is the minimum purchase requirement?
    • No minimum purchase required, however, if you purchase less than P1000 single transaction A shipping cost shall be charged to you. Shipping cost is free for single purchases over P999.
  • How do I upgrade to ShoppingPAL+ VIP?
    • A ShoppingPal+ VIP enjoys more than just rewards. A VIP can avail the full benefits of Shoppingplus Compensation plan and can earn potentially huge income. However, you need to pay the subscription premium P5,988 of which P3000 will be credited to your eCash account and can be used to pay for the purchases you make in ShoppingPlus.
  • Can I refer a friend to become a ShoppingPal?
    • Definitely...the more purchases made by your referrals the more rewards and income you can enjoy.
  • Is there a limit to number of friends I can be ShoppingPAL+ with?
    • You can have as many ShoppingPal as you can...it's unlimited. The more ShoppingPal you have the better the rewards...the bigger the income.
  • What are my benefits when my ShoppingPAL+ makes a purchase?
    • All purchases made by your ShoppingPal will earn you points according to the reward plan applicable to you.
  • How to retrieve a password?
    • Go to Login > Click the LINK beside forgot password.
    • The system will send you instructions on how to reset your password on your registered email address.
  • What is ShoppingPlus eCash?
    • ShoppingPlus Ecash is an electronic wallet use to pay purchases you make. eCash is loaded thru Bank over-the-counter deposit, credit card via Paypal payment, or conversion of your income as ShoppingPal.
  • How do I replenish eCash?
    • Over-the-counter deposit thru a bank, credit card payment thru secured Paypal payment system and Conversion of your income as ShoppingPal to your eCash account.
